Registered (TCM) Acupuncturist
Guelph, ON
Acupuncture is a gentle and effective way of helping you feel better and find balance in both your mind and your body. It is commonly used to support people to improve many conditions including but not limited to: stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep, migraines, chronic + acute pain, gastro-intestinal health, male/female fertility, menstrual concerns, peri-menopausal/menopausal symptoms.
It is important to acknowledge that acupuncture is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which is thousands of years old (a little history can be found here). As well as China, acupuncture has deep roots in Japan and Korea.
