Acupuncture is a gentle and effective way of helping you feel better and find balance in both your mind and your body. It is important to acknowledge that it is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which is thousands of years old (a little history can be found here).

Acupuncture is commonly used to support people to improve: stress, fatigue, anxiety, depression, sleep quality, headaches/migraines, chronic and acute pain, gastro-intestinal health, male/female fertility, menstrual concerns, peri-menopausal/menopausal symptoms and much more.
