Acupuncture is a gentle and effective way of helping you achieve balance in both mind and body. It is grounded in traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) which is thousands of years old (a little history can be found here). It is commonly used to support people with a variety of concerns including; sleep issues, chronic and acute pain, digestive concerns, anxiety and depression, chronic fatigue, menstrual irregularities and more.

Vicky is a Registered Acupuncturist and has been in practice since 2011. She is an active member of good standing with The College Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners of Ontario (CTCMPAO) and Acupuncturists of Ontario, Acupuncture + TCM Association of Nova Scotia (ATCMANS) and is an overseas member of the British Acupuncture Council.

Vicky has a BSc (Hons) in Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture) from The University of Salford, Manchester - under the instruction of Dr Mei Xing and Dr Lei Zhao.
